We even got a wave from John on the bike course

 He's the first biker in this picture and is just finishing the 112 mile ride

Starting the 2nd loop of the 26.2 mile run

Coming in to the finish, 10 hours 39 minutes after he started!

123rd place overall & 24th in his age group.
